The document bears the title “Bill on Change and Fulfilling Laws related to the Kosovo Armed Forces”, writes Koha Ditore today.
By means of it, 45 laws in force are envisioned. The biggest interventions are envisioned in the Law on Security Force (FSK), the one for the Ministry for KSF, then at the Law for Service at KSF and so forth.
At the same time, an monitoring document emphasizes that legal changes will not be made before those constitutional ones.
The adoption of this Bill will precede the relevant constitutional changes”, the consultancy document on this Bill said.
Kosovo authorities do not have international support to establish the military without making constitutional changes, which depend on the Serbian vote.
