On the first day of the election campaign for the second round of elections in Gjakova, Alternative candidate for the head of the Gjakova municipality, Mimoza Kusari-Lila, has also held a news conference.
Kusari-Lila has stressed that different blackmail has already begun on the part of the Alliance for the Future of Kosovo for conditioning the vote by manipulating with war veterans' lists, using various threats to citizens of the Gjakova municipality, as well as the Ashkali and Egypt Roma community.
“These forms are very harmful to our country and we are appealing for the election campaign during these five days to go as quietly and election day to this a fair and transparent process”, Kusari-Lila has said.
It further invited all citizens of the Gjakova municipality to go to the polls on election day on November 19th, and decide for the best of the Gjakova municipality.
