Vetevendosje MP Albin Kurti, through a post on his Facebook profile, has spoken about publishing the appointment of Serbian judges from northern Kosovo.
Kurti has said these judges and prosecutors have been appointed by signing statements that nowhere mention the Republic of Kosovo or the Constitution of the Republic of Kosovo.
According to Kurtiti, Thaci removed everything state, avoided the republic by depoliticising Kosovo in the geographical term, and, it was he who was sworn in before these judges who do not recognise the Republic of Kosovo.
He has said Thaci is thus integrated in the justice reconciled with Serbia.
This is Kurt's full post:
Pardje, unofficially published the official text of the appointment of Serbian judges from the north of Kosovo. Perhaps the publication is more official than the appointment document. It has no logo or memorandum or any entry area above and as such seems strongly unofficial.
These judges and prosecutors have been appointed by signing statements that nowhere mentions the Republic of Kosovo or the Constitution of the Republic of Kosovo. Only Kosovo, the Kosovo legislation and agreed conclusions on the integration process are mentioned, therefore, in no way expressed in any way the loyalty of judges and prosecutors to the state of Kosovo. And, instead of the Kosovo Constitution, these are said to have the First Agreement (Thaci-Dacic) base.
As the dates of that First Agreement, the February 10th 2015 Justice Agreement between the Kosovo government and that of Serbia envisions the Chairman of the Foundation Court for the Mitrovica region to be Serb and a total of the buildings to be 147 Albanians and 170 Serbs. Serbian citizens will be tried only by Serbian officials, while those Albanians where they shoot.
With this text of appointment, before these judges and prosecutors have sworn before President Thaci, it seems the opposite happened: Thaci removed everything state, avoided the republic by depoliticising Kosovo into the geographical term, and, respectively, was the one who swore before these judges and prosecutors who do not recognise the Republic of Kosovo, the independence of our state. Thus, Serbian judges and prosecutors are not being integrated into the state of Kosovo, but Kosovo President Hashim Thaci is integrated into justice reconciled with Serbia.
