Kosovo Special Court Chief Ignores Thaci, Haradinaj and Veselin

“Commanders” who are at the helm of the country's three main institutions will not meet by Ekaterina Trandafilova, which will be in Kosovo this week, on her first visit since the Specialised Chambers Speaker has been elected.
