Italian journalist: Saimiri in the disaster file is also mentioned as a trucker

Dario De Lucas: Reading the investigation acts, I think there's no assumptions about an investigation. They refer to him on two occasions, but Saimir, quoted in another passage, is a trucker. There's nothing known about the task.

Dario De Lucas: Yeah. Saimir was quoted in the letters of the investigation in several passages.

Top Channel: To be as specific as possible, former minister means?

Dario De Lucas: Yes, former minister. He was quoted in several passages. In one passage, they refer to the money and they say Saimir, they talk about Saimir, and according to Guardia Di Finanzia, this Saimir is the former minister. In another passage, they always refer to that name but are identified as a truck driver, the driver of a truck.

Top Channel: Is that him?

Dario De Lucas: It shouldn't be him.

Top Channel: Looking at all this stuff on this group, do you think it's closing down with these 12 arrests or are the investigations expanding for this group?

Dario De Lucas: The investigation will certainly continue. It will continue, then there is a period of technical time, within which it will be closed, and from there it will start judicial routes -- the process. Of course it's a really big investigation because there were 21 drug sequentials in the middle against this narcotics network, it's not limited to 12 people, but much more, to dozens of people.

Even though we addressed them at the official request Guardia di Finanzas to take a stand on the development of investigations, burcoracy and obtaining permission from Rome, it made their response impossible. However, we are unofficially told that this group has already been destroyed.
