Either the prime minister is “back” and “were somewhere” or all of us are not exactly aware of anything. No real indicator from anyone that we can quickly have visa liberalisation does not. Neither has Montenegro given together any indication that it can be reconciled with reevaluating or sending the case to the arbitration court. Kosovo citizens should have visa liberalisation at least two years ago. This prime minister and this nomenclature have hampered this then and are doing it even now. And why?
