In the flag city today, there will be a series of activities between the two delegations, thus marking the 105th anniversary of Albania's declaration of Independence.
Kosovo President Hashim Thaci, who last night held a homazhe at the Jasarash Presaz, has said he is leaving for Vlora to join the nationwide holiday.
According to all odds in Vlora today, it will not be Kosovo Prime Minister Ramush Haradinaj, as he has had to return to Kosovo after having a meeting with today Deputy Secretary of Defence Laura Cooper, reports the KP.
The same has been met during yesterday with President Thaci, however, the prime minister's office has so far not confirmed such a meeting.
