All these election forms have been posted and published on the official page of the Central Election Commission. On these forms are seen the names of commissioners who signed the form after the vote count.
The CEC in a statement has said that the publication of scanned copies of Resolution Formulators from Locations has been done in order to boost transparency.
The “ (For the Comune Speaker or Municipal Framework) will be able to see their results for each destination by electronicly reviewing copies of these forms that have come from the country”, the CEC report said.
Among those Pristina forms are such as these, which see improvements in the number of votes. No explanation has been recorded on the commission's improved forms.
In the Resolution Form from Location number 1912 E/02R has improvements (View Fq-91 document). Initially in the format of data compliance and results, Shpend Ahmeti figured out the number of votes 164 -- the result that Arba Abrashi was later entrusted to the LDK candidate.
Under this form, Ahmeti has received 307 votes at this vote, while Abrashi 164. So there was a change in results.
Among the forms is the one who misbehaved into the CEC system and that has been improved by CEC.
