Again fighting in Ukraine, 5 soldiers killed and 4 wounded

At least five Ukrainian soldiers were killed and four were injured in the last 24 hours in clashes in eastern Ukraine, Ukraine's armed forces said.

The statement stipulates that soldiers were killed in the village of Kremska in Lugansk and that the clashes lasted eight hours.

The AP says this is probably the worst outbreak of violence in eastern Ukraine in recent months.

The Ukrainian government has announced that this is the largest number of dead soldiers since July.
