In the first case, Ferizaj's Prosecution has filed charges against defendants S.H., who are accused of inflicting violence on his son's bride for reasons the same had forgotten openly the door of the ahuri, reports Kalxo.com.
According to the indictment, the event had occurred on January 16th 2017 in the evening hours at the joint house of the parties in the village of Meash, the Ferizaj municipality, where, due to continuing family disagreement and violence, the defendant Sh.H. attacks his son's scar-on, in a way that, in a sign of the pretext, the same had left the door open.
The indictment says the defendant has slapped his cloud several times, with what he has committed a criminal offense.
In the second case, according to the indictment, defendant F.R. in 10,04.2014 about 15:30 in the village of Petrova, the municipality of Shtime, in their home after a disagreement with his wife, injured H.K., after having demanded money and the same opportunity to secure it, the latter physically attacked him.
The defendant is said to have punched his wife in the head and left arm. These damaged shocks had suffered minor bodily damage.
In both cases reviewed at the Foundation Court in Ferizaj, the defendants denied the entire contents of the prosecution and were acquitted.
