Edi Rama responds to the girl from Tropoja, whose letter tears Albania

Albania's prime minister, Edi Rama, has responded to the letter he received from a girl from Tropoja who had asked him some questions regarding Tropoja and Valbona, writes Periscope. He writes to the girl that he heard, but he also visited Tropoia, even 30 years ago, when he was a student [...]

He writes to the girl that he heard, but he also visited Tropoia, even 30 years ago, as an art student. He then wrote about the projects he had started in the area as prime minister.

The girl had written to the prime minister about the decision being made to build hydropower plants in Valbona, imploring him not to allow Valbona's destruction.

My response as you can see came soon, though not as you would like its contents! Because the wheel that I have is not a miracle worker and the car I drive can't neutralize all the mines placed in the past on our way, nor can you get into the independent lane of the judicial power machine. Which only implementation of justice and Veting reform can lead to scrap so that a new car with drivers who do not rob their passengers can then enter that lane. But anyway, in closing, as much as it might be worth what I'm telling you, don't give up more than enough, because Valbona won't be destroyed by building those two HECs! She simply will no longer be a virgin, but be obedient, there will remain a wonderful appendix with two unintelligible moles in her body”, writes Edi Rama, among other things.

A WAYER FROMTROPO

Dear girl from Tropoja,

I got from you from my press office an open letter to the media that you start with:

I am addressing you with an open letter, the country's prime minister! I'm talking to you, hoping that I'll get an answer from you, even though I know that answer will never come, maybe it's never gonna come back to you.

I'm not asking you where you know my answer won't come, you probably have your reasons to say it so strongly. But I want you to know, maybe to your greatest surprise, that I responded to all my letters.

Maybe you'll ever have the inspiration or need to address me again, but if you want to write to me, not just me and every member of the government, just do this through the online Albanian platform we want.al and the answer won't be late! For this time, since you've been sending your letter to me like those bottles in the sea forever, so I'm returning and responding, in the hope that my bottle will reach you via the Internet media sea if you're not part of the network here.

I've divided both of them into parts, including yours and mine, for the ease of readers who may not have read yours so they might not have followed mine.

“Today I'm going against all my principles, with all the boundaries I've put on myself over the years, today I'm tearing down all the cults I've grown up with, and I'm begging someone, I'm begging someone, in this case you. Sir! Can I ask you something?

Have you ever heard of a small, alpine place called Tropping?

Of course you know I've heard about Tropoja and I understand the self-destructive pose of your question, frankly. But I'm glad to tell you with this case that not only did I hear, but I also visited Tropoja here and almost 30 years ago as an art student, a month-long practice in which I've been trying to paint miracles, and I've had the chance to meet some impressive people, as well as to hear about Luca's famous dervish. Then, years later, political life brought me back to that area that saddened me with the inexplicable image of postwar gloom that had plagued and ended. And recently the task was renewed as prime minister, to follow the Urban Renaissance projects that were financed by my government, opening up a new chapter, much longer than the page opened with those projects, which I think have brought some light against the forever inherited gloom... Or don't you think so maybe? I don't know, but when I visited him last time, during the election campaign, I felt again the desire to paint it, amid the rays of light restored in the heart of Bajram Currie and the gloom that still reigns on the flanks of the city's body, waiting for further investments for more light.

Ask me then, “What do you or me connect to Valbonne? I guess you weren't at least once in the Alpine Valbon, or at least once a conversation between friends where her name was mentioned, or at official meetings and international conferences when you told others about the beauty of our country, I guess you mentioned Valbonne. Then when you've been meeting and discussing budgets, funds, statistics, tourists, I believe you've heard Valbonne's name here, when you've been told that the number of tourists in Albania and one of the most visited places has been Valbona”.

In fact, I was in the alpine Valbon and washed in the amber ice water of that fabulous stream, when I told you I first visited Tropoja. Even when much later I have discussed budget and funds, I have considered Valbona and sought to finance her new route. Which had started under the previous government, but as with all the roads in this country, there was also that road, while it is already over, in the service of residents and tourists. The latter saw an increase, each year and more, thanks to these and other investments we will surely make for Tropoia (not just in town). So I'm also trying to promote investors to build first-class hotels in that area blessed by God and forgotten by the slave for the quarter century freedom-democracy!

And here comes the end of the part that belongs to the self-destructive pose of your paradials and then you expose its motive, the “Day something happened that wasn't supposed to happen, or maybe it was condition that it happen so I wrote you. They made a decision yesterday, sir, did you hear that?

I believe you mean the court's decision regarding the two HECs being built in Valbona, right?

“Dje set “eventually” to extinguish Valbona and her river. I don't want to say it permanently, so I'm putting it on my fingernails, because I don't want to, and I won't believe I won't listen to that river song anymore. You, you got the wheel, right?

The tumor that I have in my hand doesn't run courts, dear girl from Tropoja! Because courts are another power, independent as defined by the constitution and corrupt as the people do; the opinion that I fully share. The breath that I have in my hand leads simply and only the ruling majority. Which I am teaching you whether you know or if you have forgotten, has taken courage and determination to reform justice and has enabled Veting, the only things that people in this country could do after the quarter century decay of justice, a ruling majority responsible for its role, in the service of justice that they love and deserve. But you may despair of the judgment of the court, you will not hear this reasoning; for otherwise you would not ask me to turn the court car by my wheel!

So do something about the steering wheel! Do something, please don't you or us losers! ” Continues you.

In fact, I did my duty, namely, all I could do, for a project that was approved earlier by someone who had heard the word Troplo many decades before me and Valbona had enjoyed thousands and thousands of times more than I did. In the project approved by him, there were not two, but there are four today. HECs and plus one set of others in succession, top 13 HECE! And these four, who had worked with the state with all the letters, were my government that held them back for revision, reducing them to two in number and transforming them into shape and content; and in the meantime, the last letters they lacked were not given.

I'd be sorry if you'd take this explanation as an excuse for the one who took advantage of the Valbonne Tropoe fish, because in fact what I want to do is tell you that I've done everything possible with my wheel, so that the two HECs from the revision become friendly with the environment. And believe me, they're much more acceptable than they were, even though I had never given them permission (but I couldn't cancel them, because they were given by the Albanian government and that, legally, it would be enough that in case of cancellation, the HECs would still become no two or 13 ) and the state would receive financial penality, for denial by the Albanian government of an earlier right).

I beg you, I beg you, as I have never prayed to anyone before! Please put your hand to your heart, please, with tears in your eyes! I'm begging you because only you can do something! Please, sir! Don't let them destroy Valbonne! I'll be waiting for an answer from you, an answer I wish to come before it's too late...”, your letter concludes.

My answer, as you can see, came quickly, although not as you would like its contents!

He simply will no longer be a virgin, but be obedient, there will remain a marvelous addition with two unintelligible moles in her body.
