Dacic says he has found Balkan border guilty

World powers centres were able to play when they thought it was possible to cross borders in the Balkans, because this region is not part of the EU.

So has Serbian Foreign Minister Ivica Dacic declared to the Moscow newspaper “Izvetia”, broadcasts Klan Kosova.
