Confrontation between the LDK and AAKA for the municipality of Istog, that's what they say from Haradinaj's party

The Alliance for the Future of Kosovo (AAK) has reacted to statements by LDK officials following the number of votes in the Istog municipality, saying the winner in this municipality has emerged candidate Gani Dresaj.

“The hasty and reckless statements of LDK officials are considered an attempt to distract the citizens of Istog and Kosovo, the loss of their candidate in this municipality. The LDK, in the first round of the elections, had no complaint, even though the majority of votes by mail were for their candidate in the race for Istog chairman”, said in response.

The AAK commemorates LDK leader Isa Mustafa, that voter support is achieved even through political agreements, as has the LDK received support from the AAK in the race for Pristina.

“Tendence for pressure on election management mechanisms is unacceptable to the Alliance for the Future of Kosovo. The loss is also part of democracy, and we expect that the winner of these elections in Istog, Gani Dresey, will be congratulated on all sides”, the AAK communique concludes.
