It has already become common at the University Clinical Centre in Kosovo, the new form being implemented, making the payment electronically available at the entrance and exit.

There are, however, categories of people who are not worth this new payment rule.
Earlier, "Indexsonline" learns that they are released from this charge, patients, or their colleagues in dyalisis, as well as patients of Oncology, as well as all officials with official cars.
But for this category of release, it is only increasing.
In this case, two other categories have been formalised, and they are KLA veterans and disabled. This has been confirmed by Indexline, contract manager and IT official at QKUK, Faton Hayzeraj.
He has said he has handed over to the payment points the protocol list for all categories.
“From now on, veterans and disabled are relieved of payment, but only the same should receive health services at QKUK d.m. that is, any veteran at the pay centre, respectively, should show the report of the sealed doctor and protokocuated, otherwise it should be paid”, Hayzeraj said.
The following are categories that are released from payment at the University Clinical Centre in Kosovo:
1: Quick help,
2: Police,
3: Firefighters and other municipal services,
4: KSF (Kosovo Security Force),
5: KFOR,
6: EULEX,
7: Official visits from institutions,
8: Donors,
9 Every day's labor tools for leading companies (camera, vans, etc)
10: Invalids and Veterians é (but at the point of payment should be reasoned with the Society's book or association folder as well as attached, the doctor's report where the report should find its name and seal by KKUK,
