The end of the old cars import is coming, right up until the deadline.

Importing old cars in Kosovo seems to be coming to an end, this reason that the same are considered one of the cause of environmental pollution.

Thus, changing this regulation has prompted numerous reactions in the country. However, for this in early 2018, the import of cars will be limited to their age for several years.

Kosovo customs has confirmed that by the time this regulation is set to import vehicles in limited years.

The spokesman for this institution, Adriatic Stavileci, has explained to “Indexline” The whole process in question. According to him, import has marked growth during the past months alone.

The limit for importing vehicles older than 10 years is until December 31st, after that date, the rule for citizens until 10 years of age of vehicle. There is an increase in import of cars during these months, so far the number of imports in the country has reached over 25000x1>, the Kosovo Customs response reported.
