Candidate of The PDK's Saban Shaban is leading to LDK candidate Selim Kryeziu with only 41 votes ahead.
Shaban in the second round has received 6 thousand and 279 votes, while LDK's Kryeziu, 6 thousand and 238 votes.
This is the preliminary result, hinted last night by the CEC, which does not include conditional votes, mail votes and persons with special needs.
