Authorities in Moscow have said 3 November they have allowed the collection of 5,000 people, reports “Rel”.
On November 7, 1917, Vladimir Lenin has led the Bolshevik Revolution, which has led to more than 70 years of communist rule in Russia.
In 2005, Russian President Vladimir Putin, former KGB officer, has replaced the November 7th holiday with the National Unity Day marked on November 4th.
However, Lenin's embalmed corpse continues to lie in a mausoleum outside the Kremlin walls.
