In a statement to KALLXO.com, Kaluldra has confirmed that his signed arrest has appeared shortly before 11:00 today.
Police have not had a warrant, since the ordinance has not yet been prepared on my part because of commitments. I signed the warrant this morning and the same one came out of my office before 12:18x1>, Kaluldra said.
He has not detailed whether the arrest is being taken by police, but, according to him, this is a matter of court procedures.
Following lack at yesterday's hearing, Judge Kaluldra had warned of issuing a warrant for the arrest of Albin Kurti.
During today's session of the Kosovo Assembly, MP Kurti had appeared unhindered by police.
