He was arrested unjustly, earning $500,000 a nurse.

Alex Wubbels reached the deal for compensation with the town of Salt Lake and Utah Hospital, her lawyer said.

Its arrest by police in July provoked outrage when images of the incident emerged later. She was seen dragging herself into a police vehicle.

Detective Jeff Payne was taken to Utah Hospital on July 26th to get a blood sample from a truck driver who was unconscious as suspected of a clash with the police.

The nurse who was the guardian that day told Detective Payne that he did not have an order to take a blood sample as required by law.

She also added that blood cannot be taken from the patient without his consent.

Mrs. Wubbels at a press conference told reporters that “The only job I have as a nurse is to keep my patients safe”.
