Albanians in the Presevo Valley and other parts can breathe freely, as the idea of colonising this part of Serb war refugees in Bosnia, Croatia and Kosovo proved to be only a political propaganda, with the aim of intimidating Albanians of this part and their instrumentisation of political needs.
The so-called “Actional Plan 2017”, which was servered on media and public, with content altered according to daily political interests, a month without completing 2017, has been completely exposed.
