According to him, they signed a declaration in which Kosovo's “state and its Constitution” are nowhere to be mentioned.
Kurti is convinced that the signed declaration does not mention the loyalty of Serbian judges who will have to show the state of Kosovo, reports “b92”, Periscopi broadcasts.
Kurti stressed that instead of the Constitution of Kosovo, the first agreement was established (Taci Dacic, April 19th 2013) and as the product of the First Agreement a court agreement on February 10th 2015, between the Government of Kosovo and the Government of Serbia, while the Constitutional Court in the Mitrovica region will consist of 147 Albanians and 170 Serbs.
Serbian citizens will be tried only by Serbian officials, while Albanians will be humiliated”, Kurti said.
He said that with this statement on the appointment of judges, Kosovo President Hashim Thaci removed all features of the state, avoiding depoliticisation of the republic in a geographical understanding”.
There are no Serbian judges and prosecutors integrated in the state of Kosovo, but Kosovo President Hasim Thaci integrated them into the judiciary hired with Serbia”, Kurti summed up./Periscopi/
