The Board of Directors of the Kosovar Privatisation Agency held its regular meeting, where it approved the list of the sale of 38A liquidation assets, which includes 11 of the most attractive assets in Kosovo and represents an excellent opportunity for potential investors who have an interest in expanding business or new business initiatives in the Pristina region.
The board also approved the list of assets proposed for the sale wave 38, which contains a total of 123 assets throughout Kosovo but that the largest number is in the Pristina region.
According to an AKP report, accepting bids for these two retail waves is expected to take place on 6 December.
“During this meeting, the Board of Directors approved the Internal Audition Job Plan as well as the revised Strategy for 2018-2020. The board at the same time reviewed and approved the Commission's report on reviews of complaints on 20% of NSH workers KB Dumnica Podujevo, as well as the Social Enterprises Commission report. The board also approved five reports of status definitions for social companies, as well as some renting of NSH assets. In addition, at this meeting the Board has approved provisional distribution reports for creditors of two social companies NSH Termosystem and NSH SAM Ilir in Prizren, worth an estimated 40,000, has already reviewed and approved the budget increase for three social companies in liquidation. NSH Automoto Pristina, Grandi Hotel and NSH Unimmont”, the AKP report said.
