Vetevendosje candidate for Kosovo Mayor Avni Zogiani has criticised the current mayor, Burim Berisha for urban chaos, publishing on Facebook even a video of a construction that is under way.
Zogiani stresses that “liria” of the current chairman in Fushe Kosovo is becoming dangerous, writes Periscopi.
While Berisha legalises on business freedom and lynchs it as a persecutor of businesses, Zogiani says businesses that require proper functioning feel oppressed by the lack of functionality in Fushe Kosovo.
Zogian's full response:
Current Kosovo Mayor Freedom Becomes Dangerous
The current chairman at electoral gatherings has long legalized freedom. It speaks of a freedom that conceives it in its own way, while insisting on LVV candidate Avni Zogiani, a balance of space and responsibility between citizens and businesses, calls it business persecution. Businesses themselves, at least those seeking to function correctly, feel oppressed by a lack of Kosovo's functionality as a city. Freedom in this case, however, seems to have taken place only among the municipal officials and any related company.
Better than in this video it doesn't look anywhere else. Towns cross the street, and businesses that have built in violation of urban standards use freedom to throw inert bags from high floors. This apartment you're looking at, it's built outside the allowed parameters, which is P+ 7, and it's violated the 50-by-50 ratio, leaving neither green nor parking and sidewalk.
