Bulc said the EU has strategy for enlargement and that it should be the highest motivation of the Western Balkan countries. The Transport Eurocomissary spoke of the importance of transport and infrastructure.

Bulc warned that nine laws concerning transportation and pollution will be adopted in the EU in November.
