Many citizens in the Republic of Kosovo continue to take their personal cars from European countries, but the main challenge remains the high excise to be paid for, which is a legal obligation issued by state bodies.
At the same time, this law is not valid for war veterans, who, apart from them, are now expected to remove this tax for the families of martyrs.
In a pronouncement to the Indexline, the Chairman of the Association of Witnesses ' Families, Xhavit Jashari has explained this process, which is expected to be decided soon.
Jashari says the law on implementation has been passed in the Parliament on which persons should be released from the customs excise. According to him, the government should be asked why this law is not being implemented.
He says that after this law is provided, it will probably free the customs fees and families of martyrs.
The full law is not yet implemented and only disabled war is released with an administrative guide from the Government of the Republic of Kosovo.
