O RCA has taken the news through media that regular Professor Enver Hasani has been found guilty of corruptness during the time he was a rector at the UP.

ORCA wants Pristina University immediately to start procedures for its expulsion from the public institution after violating a series of points of the Ethical Code of the University of Pristina and internal relevant regulations.

So of the atrophy for taking measures, consciences can be called to Article 5, Article 6, Article 13, Article 14, article 15 and Article 16 of the Ethics Code at the University of Pristina.

More specific about this case is Article 16, of the Ethics Code 2 at the University of Pristina, in which it is viewed as ethical violation “the chairmanship of the criminal act, which has led to condemnation by a court and clearly demonstrates inadequacy to continue as a member of the academic staff”.

ORCA expects the measures to be fast, precise and tough with the goal of protecting the image of the University of Pristina.
