When the Time Is Changed

The winter count of time begins next weekend when Sunday to three o'clock after midnight the clock arrows will be moved an hour later.

That means three o'clock time will be considered two o'clock.

Winter counting of time begins the last weekend of October and lasts until the last weekend in March when the summer count of time begins.
