Infectious Clinic Director Hamdi Ramadani has cautioned that citizens should be vaccinated, and have appealed that students do not go to school until this epidemic passes.
But related to that, the Ministry of Education has received no official request, so it has told of Gazeta Blic Valmir Gashi from the Ministry of Education's media office.
“The Ministry of Education, Science and Technology has so far rejected no official requests regarding the topic in question by the Director of the Infectious Clinic in Pristina Hamdi Ramadani, of course if we were given such a request, then we could see what steps we could take next on this matter”, Gashi told the Blic Gazette.
So far over 100 people have been affected by the epidemic, and 20 are receiving adequate treatment from doctors.
