According to the witnesses, two young men were moving with a license plate engine “Ap 247x1> on the boulevard from “Troy” to the dock when they crashed by a vehicle. The car hit the motorcycle from behind rapidly, and young people flew from motorcycles, witnesses said.
Numerous ambulances and police forces arrived at the scene.
Young people have been sent to the Vlora regional hospital. One of them is heavy after receiving head injuries.
Police have been tracking the car that hit the engine.
