According to CTV News Montreal, Taufik had heard the police siren behind him. When he stopped the vehicle, four policemen approached him, wondering if he would scream while he was driving.
Taufik replied that he was just singing songs from the radio, after which one of the policemen asked for the documents and sentenced him to $19 because he had “made it into the automobile”.
