About 22 thousand ballot papers for Kosovo mayors are recorded as invalid in the October 22nd elections.
This record number of balloting has been disclosed in the case of publishing the final results of Kosovo Communist mayors' elections by the Central Election Commission (KQZ).
According to some estimates, invalid ballot papers for mayors are about 3 per cent of the general paperwork, while the number of municipal assemblies is expected to be greater, but the final results are still not published by the CEC.
