Prime Minister Edi Rama has held a public consultation for the 2018 draft budget in Vlora this afternoon. Initially, the head of government has stopped at key projects and investments for the next four years of governance.
In his address, Rama has underlined that investments will affect Vlora as a city and as a district. As far as the city is concerned, Rama has promised to rebuild the entire school “Halim Xhelo”, as well as to launch next year's reconstruction year until Skel.
But while listening to the problems of the citizens, he has not hesitated without exchanging some batta for a former military.
Former Military: Now here gentlemen laugh, I live there 25 years?
Rama: Do you have any other questions?
Former Military: This is what I had. Congratulations and success.
Rama: I'm not asking you how many kids you got?
Former Military: Two daggers.
Rama: With a rifle or two, you made the kids.
Former Military: But as military we're good at writing. But we're retired now.
Rama: Are you with a shot or two?
Former Military: But whatever you want...
