New punishment policies launched against top officials

There has started drafting a new penal policy against senior public officials who hide the wealth and background of this capital, then gifts, or even conflict of interest.

On its behalf, it is intended to empower the Anti-Corruption Agency (AKK) and equip the investigation with competencies, writes Koha Ditore today.

The data is highlighted in a draft of a documentary concept that recommends changing and fulfilling the Law on the AKK and the Law on Declaration, Origin and Control of the property of senior public officials, but also gifts for all official persons.
