PDK sentenced for inciting hatred of Shpend Ahmeti

The PDK has been sentenced to 3 thousand euros by PZAP for inciting hatred.

The panel after examining all the subject paperwork found that the complaint is based.

According to PZAP, at Article 33.1 of the Code of Goodwill it says “the use of the language in written or oral form, that stimulates or triggers hatred against another by publishing photographs, which has or may have such an impact”.

PZAP, also ordered The PDK, which within the 24-hour terms of its accession, will improve the determined violation, may otherwise be punished with additional punishment.
