Among the main issues of this document are point 2, where the Finance Ministry has proposed completing contracting obligations for the Pristina- Hani Elez highway in the amount of 50m euros.
At the same time, the point that mostly sparked fierce debate among MPs in the Assembly was to complete the law on the payment of pensioners for war veterans in the amount of over 26 million Eruo, which exceeds the previous amount from the IMF and the Government of Kosovo because of the large number of veterans.
It is also envisioned that the budget also pays the 5m-euro debt Kosovo owes to the Austrian company that part of the Arbitrazhi Court sentence involving the passport scandal.
