This is NATO's command to transform KSF into Army

During a visit to Kosovo, Gottemoeeller stressed that even at meetings with representatives of institutions have discussed this issue, but the position of NATO continues to be unchanged that the transformation of the KSF is the issue of Kosovo authorities.
