Placed in Krajovo (South), the brigade will be headed by Romania and will also include Polish, Portuguese, Bulgarian, Italian and German soldiers.
This initiative was undertaken under the reinforcement of NATO's presence in the former Soviet bloc countries, concerned about their security since Russia's attack on Crime in 2014, Arsh follows.
“NATO is an alliance that keeps its promises. We will realise the greatest reinforcement of our collective defence since the Cold War”, Stoltenberg stressed.
