Large municipalities heading for runoff

In Pristina: Shpend Ahmeti from the Vetevendosje Movement and Arba Abashi from the Democratic League of Kosovo.
In Prizren: Shacir Totaj from the Democratic Party of Kosovo and Mytaher Haskukan by the Vetevendosje Movement.
In Gjilan: Lutfi Haziri from the Democratic League of Kosovo and Sami Kurteshi from the Vetevendosje Movement.
At Ferizaj: Agim Aliu from the Democratic Party of Kosovo and Muharrem Sfarqa from the Democratic League of Kosovo.
South Mitrovica: Valdete Idrizi from the Democratic Party of Kosovo and Agim Bahtiri from the New Kosovo Alliance.
In Gjakova: Mimoza Kusari Lila from the Alternative and Ardian Gjini from the Alliance for the Future of Kosovo.
In Pec, Gazmend Muhhaxhiri of the Democratic League of Kosovo is expected to be confirmed as winner without a run-off, but the final result remains to be expected.
Due to technical problems, the CEC official site has been out of place for more than three hours and has been operational before midnight.
