Kosovo Deputy Prime Minister and Minister for Return in Kosovo Dalibor Yevtic has said that Serb majority municipalities will be formed during 2018, and not according to the Kosovo Constitution, but under the Brussels agreement.
“We expect the Association of Serb majority municipalities to be formed in 2018. One idea is to become a bill that will essentially have the creation of the conditions of these municipalities as well as the way they form them. There isn't going to be any very important changes”, Jevtic said.
