Hoti has said that ahead of the elections there were oral agreements between him and the AAK's candidate for chairman, Zenun Elezi, to support each party in the runoff.
“Sokol Basota no longer leads Cline. I'll support any option that brings him down from power. We've had a oral agreement with Zenun Elez for any party to come second, to support each other in the runoff, I hope to be respected.
