Shala has indicated that the whole process of transformation, if only political parties in Kosovo find reconciliation, will take a decade.
“We have received a full support that supports the transformation of KSF into the Kosovo Armed Forces”, Shala claimed, Kosova Klan reports.
“The constitutional amendments are ready, are deposited in the Kosovo Assembly, and what awaits us is an intense effort to convince communities that the transformation of KSF is in the interest of all and is a factor of stability and not de-stability”.
This is Kosovo's internal dialogue. We need to create a positive atmosphere so that through the constitution we can make the transformation. The Kosovo Security Force is indeed multiethnic force”.
“While from the zero moment, which is voting constitutional changes, the transformation of KSF will last seven to ten years”.
