European Commission spokeswoman Maja Kocijancic has said that all steps in the integration of Kosovo Serb judicial personnel into the Kosovo judicial system have been completed.
According to her, tomorrow the agreement on justice is expected to go into effect, as it has agreed to the dialogue between Belgrade and Pristina.
“Both sides have fulfilled their dues”, Kocijanciq said in an interview for ö Tanjug, broadcast news.net.
The European Commission says the latest information available to Brussels speaks in favour of the fact that a judicial agreement in Kosovo will be implemented within the approved deadline.
Serbia's President Aleksandar Vuciq and Kosovo President Hashim Thaci have confirmed at the August 31st meeting in Brussels that the agreement for the judiciary will be fully implemented on 17 October 2017.
