Experts say it is the most important meal of the day, and what you consume in the morning completely transforms productivity. According to Dr. William Cole is a special breakfast meal that ensures you're productive all day. To benefit more from your waking hours, he says you have to start the day with avocados, salmon, sweet potatoes and boiled eggs.
“Fokusing on healthful morning food allows you to have energy during the day”- says Cole.
Experts say salmon, eggs and avocados are rich in important healthy fats for which the body needs to work at full capacity. Rather than start the day with a slice of jam bread, which can cause a drop in energy level, experts say you should replace it with a sweet, sour potato.
