Kosovo Prime Minister Ramush Haradinaj hosted Sqaheraj Mayor Sami Lushtaku and Kosovo Parliament MP Mergim Lushtaku, with whom he has talked about the political current of the country.

The meeting discussed the new dynamic that has been installed in government, giving priority to resolving serious topics that have been overlooked by past governments.

Neither has the topic of handling the war categories for freedom been neglected at the meeting, for which Prime Minister Haradinaj announced that he has taken concrete steps and actions, that veterans and disabled persons of war, as well as other state-profit categories, should not wait for months their salaries and pensions, as well as for preparations under way for the year of Jubilar, the tenth anniversary of the country's independence, which resulted from the war of the KLA and the support of Kosovo allies, the United States, Great Britain, Germany and other Western states.

“I met War General Sami Lushtaku today when we are marking the 20th anniversary of Adrian Krasniqi's fall for freedom, and with that I want to give the message that the most subtle and achieved value of Albanians, following Albania's independence in 1912, is exactly the liberation war and the statehood of Kosovo, therefore, the living and the fallen of this war should be guides for the country's leadership”, Prime Minister Haradinaj has said.
