The handcuffed prisoner is hit and dragged (Video)

Horrible images show a prisoner in handcuffs dragging him to the floor by prison guards.

The prisoner withdrew to the cell from four people, while one of them struck him while he was cuffed.

Two guards have been suspended from duty for the disturbing incident, while four others have been placed under disciplinary measures.

The images of the incident were filmed by security cameras as it was published by Sheriff Paul Monroe.
