A double crime has shaken the early hours of this morning's city of Gjirokastra.

Two people, husband and wife, were killed with firearms from their cousin. The event occurred in the city's “Palorto” neighbourhood. According to first police information, the cause is suspected of a property conflict with their cousin.

It is learned that the victims are Alex and Aferdita Costa, while the author is Apostol Costa, who after committing the crime has shot himself in the face of injuries.

The police announced that around 7:25 p.m., in Palorto County, Gjirokastra has had shootings. Police services have immediately gone to the scene, where they filed that Apostol Costa citizen has been conflicted and fired on citizens A. K, 66, and A. K, 49 (husband). As a result, citizens A.K. and A. K, and the author attempted suicide. He is injured in hospital in severe condition. It is alleged that the conflict has occurred on property causes”, police clarify.
