The KSF commander, on behalf of the president of Kosovo, decorates the US Air Force Chief of Staff.
“The Kosovo Security Force Command (FSK), Lieutenant General Nundman Rama on behalf of the president of the Republic of Kosovo, Mr. Hashim Thaci, has decorated US Air Force Chief of Staff General David Goldfein with the Freedom Order”, said the report.
General Rama has, on behalf of the people of Kosovo and KSF, thanked General Goldfein for his sacrifice in defence of democratic and human values during the recent war in Kosovo, adding that the people of Kosovo will be forever grateful to the American people and Army.
KSF Commander and General Goldfein talked about the need for future co-operation, creating opportunities for participation of KSF cadres in the American Air Force Academy, cyber-trained and other areas of importance for KSF.
General David Goldfein had participated in the NATO bombings during the Kosovo war and survived the crash of the fighter plane, which was hit by the former Yugoslavia's military during NATO's 1999 campaign.
