When there are concerns, and where there are intentions to molest us, we can suddenly hit it on an evening”, Erdogan said on October 22nd, addressing young people in an event organised by the Justice and Development Party (AKP) in Istanbul, the “Hurriyet Daily Nes” broadcasts.
“We respect those who have strategic partnerships, as long as they respect our laws”, he said.
Although Erdogan did not appoint any country in his speech, his comments came amid a verbal clash with the United States of America on a US consulate personnel arrested in Turkey.
