The decision, Minister Bytyqi, has made it with the aim of functioning, increased quality and efficiency of the State Council of Quality work. While based on their academic preparation, as well as the contribution witnessed in the respective spheres, for the five-year term, KSC has this composition:
1. Prof. Dr. Gazmend Luboten, chairman,
2. Dr. Sc. Spec. Rosafa Koliqi-Lila, Vice President,
3. Prof. Dr. Berim Ramos, member,
4. Prof. Ass. Dr. Arben Qirez, member,
5. Dr. Sc. Ilir Doci, member,
6. Prof. Ass. Dr. Dukagjin Zeka, member.
