The polling station is open at seven o'clock and it's all started in order.
They have already carried out their civic duty even the first voters in the centre. At these early hours of the morning, there is a greater influx of voters.
The manager of this centre, Shefqet Bytyci, has told Klan Kosovo that in these first minutes things are going as planned.
At this polling centre, 4076 voters are eligible to vote.
